Summary : I was unable to use my car due to the fact that a careless driver caused a car accident. It is clear that a reasonable or prudent driver was not supposed to cause a car accident; therefore, the driver owed me a duty of care, and I should be compensated. 1. Introduction It was very nice weekend; therefore, we decided to go to the remote area of the city for swimming.
