NorQuest College provides LINK (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) education programs specifically designed for newly arrived immigrants in Alberta Province. The purpose of the speech was to emphasize the significance of soft skills for these students, who were navigating a new cultural and professional landscape in Canada. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism are essential for immigrants to integrate effectively into Canadian society and excel in their careers.
